E-MAIL SETUP INSTRUCTIONS

There are two different Email Systems, Forwarding and Full.  The following are the instructions on set-up of both systems.

Forwarding Email Address Account.  A forwarding email address forwards email from your "Eller.org" email address to your regular email address available through your Internet Service Provider (ISP).  You will not need to perform any set up on your computer.  The emails sent to this new address will show up with your regular email messages.

Full Email Address Account.  There are two ways to access your Eller.org email messages:  (1)  Via the Internet:  You can access your Eller.org email by going to http://mail2web.com and clicking on Advanced Login.  Then fill in the following information:

a.  Server name or IP address:  pop.eller.org

b.  User ID or Login name:  your-user-name@eller.org

c.  Password:  self-explanatory

d.  Click the Check Mail box.

(2)  Via PC Email Software:  Depending on the software on your PC, you may already have Email programs such as Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Outlook Express, Lotus CC:Mail, etc.  If so, you can access the Account Set-up feature in your software and set the following attributes.

a.  Name the account:  pop.eller.org

b.  Set up the Server Information:

Your Name:  self-explanatory

Email Address:  your-user-name@eller.org

c.  Set up the Logon Information:

User Name:  your-user-name@eller.org

Password:  self-explanatory

d.  Set up the Server Information:

Incoming mail server:  pop.eller.org

Outgoing mail server:  Usually smtp.juno.com (if you are using Juno ISP) otherwise replace the "___.com" with the one you use, i.e., smtp.msn.com).

e.  Set up the Outgoing server information:

Logon User name:  your-user-name@juno.com (your ISP email account)

Password:  self-explanatory

You may have to set up another Email software email account to make Send & Received work properly.
